About me and my practice
I have trained in many different modalities which gives me a very broad understanding of what might need releasing, clearing or healing. I have a very grounded understanding of what it is to be human and how we develop in to the adults that we are. I work psycho-spiritually, at a soul level to help you grow and develop in to the person you want to be and to lead the life that you want to live.
I am passionate and committed to my own personal development and growth, and helping others in theirs. All the modalities that I use with my clients I use for myself so I have first-hand and embodied experience of them working for me. Helping me to release, accept or heal whatever was necessary for my personal development and healing. I work in a soul focused way. What this means is that I will be looking at the root cause of the issues that you bring. In shamanic practice trauma, self-betrayal and dissociation can result in soul loss. This can create issues with ill health, feeling lost and a dissatisfaction with life. My aim is to help you feel whole again, to find your purpose and bring meaning to your life. When this happens, you are then able to make choices about your life from an empowered and authentic place, trusting your own inner guidance and intuition.
Experience
I have been a therapist for over 10 years and have worked for mental health charities and in private practice. I am continually learning and growing professionally and personally.
I believe that a good therapist is someone that is committed to their own personal development and is willing to do the healing on themselves in order to help facilitate growth in their clients. As a therapist, I believe, you can only take your clients as far as you have journeyed yourself. And I've journeyed far, wide and deep!

Initial Consultation
Weekly 60 minute sessions:
These are weekly on-going sessions where we can really work in-depth to find the roots and origins of the issue you are dealing with. You also have ongoing support as you make changes to your beliefs, behaviours and relationships. It's important to make time to commit to these sessions to get the best out of them and to see the results in your life.
One off 90 minute session:
This is for you if you are clear on what the issue is that needs resolving but you need some help in releasing it.
If you know there is something wrong but you dont know what that is, these sessions can help you identify the issue so you can decide if and how to work with it, this might be another one off session or weekly therapy. These sessions use all of the skills and knowledge I have in a very targeted way. These sessions are focused on releasing the blocks in your life rather than talking it through.

90 minute sessions: £117

Weekly sessions are offered Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
One off sessions have more flexibility, including weekends - please ask about availability.
